Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
