All orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or international holidays.

During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

We ship all products directly from our fulfillment hub using premium express international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery to the United States.
